All-Over Sublimation
The standout benefit of our cut & sew process is the ability to print on every inch of the garment—hence "All Over Print." Starting with white fabric, each piece is printed before being precisely laser-cut and carefully hand-sewn. This technique produces permanently vibrant, high-definition colors that outshine even darker fabrics. It allows for creating a fully customized garment with minimal limitations. Low setup costs make it perfect for print-on-demand services. Our cut & sew products are proudly crafted in Orlando, Florida, USA!
Spot Sublimation
If you desire more design flexibility than screen printing offers but seek lower costs and faster turnaround than full sublimation, spot sublimation is an ideal choice. This method provides an unlimited color palette at no extra charge.
Digital Printing
For smaller quantity orders, including print-on-demand, DTG (Direct-to-Garment) and DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing are excellent options. DTG prints directly onto the fabric, making it great for natural textiles like cotton. It utilizes a white base layer, enabling printing on darker fabrics. DTF is a heat-transfer process that uses thermo-adhesive powder to transfer your design onto the garment with a heat press.
