Colors are heated and infused into the fabric, causing the 85% polyester and 15% elastane (spandex) to become the true color of your custom-designed sublimation apparel.
Using apparel, sublimation printing allows your custom-designed snapback to resist flaking, peeling, or tearing because the ink is infused into the fabric.
The heated dye sublimated printing process takes longer because of the precise application of your custom design onto the hat. Dyeing every inch of the fabric to the specifications you desire.
