With the recent development of custom dye sublimation apparel, silkscreen printing and traditional printing are now on the decline because of the customization, quality, and durability that dye sublimation apparel printing has to offer. dataflow's use of all-over print sublimation allows the dyes to be infused into the fabric, creating a permanent mixture that establishes any color or design to infuse into the fiber of the fabric. By providing the highest quality pictures or designs, our process guarantees your own fully custom-designed apparel with no limitations, blurring, creases, or smudges after washing. Using all-over print sublimation gives you the power to reproduce any custom designs, logos, and even photographs in order to create a polo that is completely your own.

Our use of dye sublimation apparel printing allows for full image reproduction and offers the widest color palette possible to create your own uniquely designed polo.
Because of the precision of full sublimation printing, garments do not show fading, creasing, blurring, or smudging.
Colors are heated and infused into the fabric, causing the 85% polyester and 15% elastane (spandex) to become the true color of your custom-designed sublimation apparel.
Using apparel sublimation printing allows your custom-designed polo to resist flaking, peeling, or tearing because the ink is infused into the fabric.
The heated dye sublimated printing process takes longer because of the precise application of your custom design onto the polo. Dyeing every inch of the fabric to the specifications you desire.
