Because all items are custom-made specifically for each order, we do not accept returns. However, your satisfaction is our priority. If there is a production error or material defect, we’ll make it right.

To ensure you’re happy with the final product, we highly recommend doing a sample run and color testing with us before full production. This helps guarantee accuracy and satisfaction, especially for larger orders.

Our MOQ is 100 units per order. You can split this into four designs, with a minimum of 25 units per design in any size breakdown.

Typical production turnaround is 4–10 weeks depending on your design complexity and current queue. Rush options available upon request.
