What is the process for private label printing?
We have broken our process down to 3 simple steps.
First: Choose your clothing type (ex: tank top, rash guard, sports bra etc) and then choose the fabric (ex: lightweight: 87% polyester 13% spandex 154g, intermediate weight: 71% polyester 29% spandex 230g, or heavyweight 71% polyester 29% spandex 246g).
Second: Choose your logo (work with our team to create a logo if needed) and where you want the logo placement.
Third: Confirm and approve the artowrk (final mockup) design and then place your order

What do I do if my order is damaged?
Our team at dasFlow is so sorry to hear that your order arrived in less than pristine condition! Please let us make it right. Our customer service team will be more than happy to assist with processing a replacement order or issuing a refund.
What is your return policy?
If your apparel arrived to you in a condition that you are not satisfied with. A full refund is available to you. Please reach out to us via email at the bottom of this page in order to receive your refund.
What is the status of my order?
Our team is here for you! We will notify you with your tracking as soon as the items in your order are shipped.
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
We provide customer athleisure apparel ranging from 100 units to 1,000+. Our minimum is negotiable based on if you plan on ordering multiple times throughout the year.
How is the apparel packaged?
Our apparel is hand packaged using a clear poly mailing bag which helps protect from any damage to the apparel and then placed inside a poly mailer for extra protection. Custom bags with a logo are available for an additional cost. Please reach out to our team below if that is something you are interested in!

How long does production last?
Since each piece is a custom dye sublimated product we ask our clients to allow for at least 2-3 weeks from the time the mock up is finalized for our US manufacturer and 6-8 weeks for the Columbian (South America) manufacturer. If you are on a time constraint please communicate this with our team during your meeting.
Where can I find product sizing information?
Our dasFlow apparel sizing is overall an athletic fit which fully affects the way our clothing will appear on your body. However, for any of our custom apparel we are 100% customizable so we can change specifics based on your preference. Please reach out to our team for more information on the specific changes.
