Dye Sublimation
We utilize dye sublimation when printing designs onto our clothing. Dye sublimation allows us to print any design in any color anywhere on your custom apparel. Through our processes, we are able to print images that are embedded into the fabric as opposed to printed on top of the fabric. This ensures the print will maintain its quality and last longer and the colors will stay bright. Dye sublimation also uses no water and produces very little waste. Our dye sublimation and our cut and sew manufacturing combine to make unique fully customizable apparel.

Screen Printing
Here at dasFlow, we also use Screen Printing. It is a technique of creating a picture or a design pattern by forcing ink or metal onto a surface through a screen of mesh. Using a stencil, or a series of stencils, the ink is distributed to the desired area(s) by being pressed through a porous screen, hence the name Screen Printing.
Eco Fabrics
Our apparel is made out of a high-quality polyester fabric manufactured from recycled plastic bottles mixed with spandex. Our materials are great for athletic and swimming apparel because of their light and quick drying properties. The materials can be customized to three different compositions, which are light, medium, and heavy. The light is made up of 87% recycled polyester while the intermediate and heavy are both 71% recycled polyester. Our products also provide protection from the sun and have been tested to be SPF 50+ certified.
