What makes regular exercise so worth it? Here is a list of reasons that show the benefits of working out.

For some people, finding the motivation to exercise regularly is not the easiest thing to do. Or maybe there are seasons they dedicate time for working out but later on abandon it completely. Realistically, since we are all different people and are responsible for how we spend our free time, many scenarios to this exist. Nevertheless even though it sounds cliche, to maintain a healthy lifestyle, the best thing to do is stay active as much as you can. What good does it do to you? Check out the following list!!!

  1. Increases positivity in state of mind. It doesn’t matter what the intensity of your workout is, it always boosts your mood. How? It increases the production of endorphins which are known to reduce pain by generating positive feelings. Not only that, but it also reduces symptoms for people who usually suffer from anxiety.

  2. Improves the quality of sleep patterns. The body temperature increases while you are active which then decreases while you sleep and that helps with sleep quality. According to the results of one study, apparently 150 minutes of staying active every week contributes to an improvement of 65% in sleep quality.

  3. Increases energy levels. Are you currently feeling tired even though it is a time of the day that you are not supposed to? Your antidote is to exercise now that it decreases fatigue.

  4. Assists the health of your brain as well as the memory. Being active increases your heart rate and that boosts the blood flow and oxygen to the brain. Additionally, it stimulates the production of specific hormones in the brain that reinforce brain cells to grow. Lastly, it enlarges the hippocampus. The hippocampus is located in the brain and it is an essential part when it comes to learning new things and improving the memory.

All of these benefits are excellent for all the seven dimensions of health. With that said, I encourage you to get started at your own pace and work your way up from there. Where to begin? Check out apparel for high quality clothing which compliments your workout.
